Make up lessons will be scheduled only if this form is submitted 24 hours in advance of the date of the scheduled ride and when an instructor, appropriate class, and trained volunteers are available. This allows New Hope to schedule staff, volunteers and horses accordingly. If you select that you would like a make-up lesson, our staff will be in contact with you. Make-up lessons are only allowed 3 times per year. After 3 absences for any reason, full payment will be required.
